Optiml is a first-of-its-kind platform that helps real estate professionals—such as asset managers, investors, and consultants—plan long-term investments that are financially smart, reliable, and aligned with sustainability goals. The platform brings together large, often incomplete datasets from many sources and turns them into clear, actionable strategies for single buildings or entire portfolios.
