Many small businesses still rely on manual methods, utilizing paper forms, binders, and sticky notes to track their requests. This outdated approach leads to professionals spending considerable hours organizing requests and communicating with clients. Unfortunately, many businesses fail to follow up with clients after sending offers, resulting in a significant loss of potential sales.
We have developed a new intelligent platform designed to help professionals optimize their limited time effectively and increase sales without increasing the number of inquiries. It puts all communication in one place, saving up to 30% of time for each offer.
The project was challenging primarily because of understanding the user's profile and addressing their issues, which formed the basis of our solutions. Additionally, it had a tight deadline, demanding an agile approach, excellent communication, and flexible planning.
As one of the two UX/UI designers on the team, my responsibilities included:
• analyzing research insights and transforming them into design ideas,
• prototyping and usability testing,
• designs for desktop and mobile,
• UI, interaction design,
• communicating with stakeholders and developers; developer handoff,
• monitoring and testing of the implemented designs, ensuring flawless execution.
